REACH
REACH ( Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is a regulation of the European Parliament and European Council (EC) no 1907/2006 concerning the safe use of chemicals through their registration and evaluation, and in some cases, authorization and restriction of trade and use of certain chemicals.
It covers chemical substances in their pure form, used as ingredients for a mixture or final product, from which they are released intentionally. The necessity to register applies mostly to manufacturers and importers of chemical substances.
In accordance with the binding regulation, Fermintrade acting as an importer has completed the registration process of carbon black (CAS 1333-86-4, EINECS 215-609-9).
Other raw materials we offer have been fully registered by their manufacturers or their exclusive representatives.
